Analytics & Dashboard
Your dashboard at /dashboard shows your projects, content, revenue, and follower count.
Earnings Overview
Three stat cards at the top:
- Revenue: Total earnings for the selected period, with percentage change vs. the prior period
- Sales: Transaction count for the selected period
- Followers: Current follower count with change over the period
Time range selector: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, all-time.
Reading the Numbers
Revenue up, sales flat: Average transaction value increased (higher-priced items or above-minimum PWYW).
Revenue flat, sales up: More transactions at lower values. Check whether a free item is driving traffic.
Revenue down: Check per-project analytics to see which project’s sales dropped.
Followers increasing: Check what you published or shared recently – that’s what’s working.
Revenue Chart
Bar chart showing revenue over time, bucketed by day, week, or month depending on your selected range. Available at the dashboard level (all projects combined) and per-project.
Per-Project Analytics
Each project has its own analytics tab showing:
- Revenue and sales stat cards (same format as the dashboard)
- Revenue chart scoped to that project
- Top items by revenue
If one project consistently outperforms others, that’s signal.
Transaction History
Searchable list of all transactions:
- Date and time
- Fan (anonymized or named, based on their preference)
- Item purchased
- Amount paid
- Status (completed, refunded)
Export to CSV for your records or for import into accounting software.
Per-Item Stats
Each item tracks:
- Play count: total streams or views
- Download count: total file downloads
High plays with low purchases might mean the price isn’t right, or that the item works better as a free gateway to paid content.
Data Exports
- Project data: Export as JSON from the dashboard. Includes items, sales counts, chapters, versions, and license keys.
- Transaction history: Export as CSV.
- Contact list: Fans who opted in to share their email. See Contact Sharing.
Payouts
Payout details (pending transfers, completed payouts, schedule) are managed in your payment processor’s dashboard, linked from your dashboard. See Receiving Payouts.
