  0.1.1: a cadence axis, and the family's first motion-off path Cadence::Activity, the activity mark's blink, as a 500ms half-period. A third axis rather than a fifth Intent or a second Motion: both of those are one-shot and this is a repeat interval. Reduced motion opens here, in both halves: reduced_motion_css() for the browser and activity_blink(reduced) for the renderers with no media query. Additive, so a 0.1 requirement keeps resolving.
