hardware: add sourcing channels for the bench parts The used-GPU playbook covers cards, not the host. These are retail and distribution channels per part, with the failure mode noted for each: the EPYC is a niche SKU where availability bites before price and tray versus boxed changes what arrives, the board has to be the base variant for its second M.2, and the ECC UDIMM is the part most likely to be bought wrong against a QVL the manual itself hedges on.
