max / quasi

Let a table row's identity reach the document `Cells::identified` says what the app calls a row, and quasi-webview wrote it only as a checkbox value, so a row that carried an identity and no tick reached the document carrying nothing: an identity the description had said and no host could read back. MNW's file view found it. Its rows are lines and a line's identity is what `#L42` addresses, so numbering the rows and naming none of them would have lost deep links into a file. `data-value` rather than `id`, because a row identity is unique within its table and an id is unique in a document: two tables of the same things on one screen is an ordinary description, and two elements under one id is markup a browser resolves by picking the first. 0.99.1 across the workspace: additive, and every consumer's requirement is `0.99`.
