Say what adds a slot, and let a slot be named by what is in it `Repeat::add` was a label, which assumed the reader makes slots by pressing a control of the question's own. MNW's version queue does not: its slots are picked files, made by the upload field above the table, and a blank row is nothing a reader can fill. `Adds::Elsewhere` names the control they come from and every renderer then draws no add control, rather than one of them hiding it. `Instance::named` is the other half. A queue's slots differ by the file in them, so numbering them puts a second and less useful name where the useful one goes, and a name on the slot survives the removal of the slots above it where an ordinal would not. repeat.js makes a slot per picked file and announces each one, because what goes in a slot is known only to the control that made it.
