Rule against Field::over: a picker over a selection is an act that asks The member was added on a real measurement, which still holds: three of goingson's five bulk controls apply a value to the set, and said as plain acts a project picker over 40 projects is 40 buttons. The conclusion drawn from it was wrong. `Act::asks` carries the value with the press, so 40 projects are one control, and the press is a commit affordance a select changing its value is not. wiki `explicit-commit-affordance` requires that commit. A tick stages and never writes (`5f2b8753`), so a bar whose ticks stage and whose pickers write on change is half staged and half live, and the write it hides lands on rows that are mostly off screen. The two bulk bars written after the original measurement had already reached this without being told: goingson's emails bar says Snooze with `Act::asking`, MNW's content table says Set Price and Add Tag the same way. goingson's task list was the last consumer and is converted in the same pass, which leaves the member with none. Kept rather than removed: dropping a vocabulary member costs three renderers and their tests, and is its own decision rather than this one's.
