Take makeover-layout 0.10, and release 0.6.0
The vocabulary added Meter and a minor is breaking pre-1.0. Nothing here
renders one yet: no consumer draws a bar in this renderer, and a member
implemented because its sibling has one has nobody to say what it should
look like. The bump is so the suite does not carry two copies of the
description layer in one graph.
