max / makeover-immediate

0.29.0: take makeover-layout 0.29 Room and Fallback. Nothing here changes, and the minor is the honest number anyway: makeover-layout carries links, so one copy of the vocabulary per graph, and a consumer cannot take this crate and the old vocabulary together.
