max / makeover-immediate

Take makeover-layout 0.35.0 `Candidate` arrives beside `Choice`, which is additive here: nothing in this crate reads a suggestion list. The bump is the same-pass forward fix rather than an adoption, so that the tree resolves against one layout version.
