Follow makeover-layout to 0.44: Syntax and Change
The vocabulary grew two members (quasicoherent 19d7602d). Nothing here reads
them yet; the bump is the pin moving, and it moves because makeover-layout
carries `links`, so two copies of the vocabulary in one graph is a resolver
error rather than a warning.
