max / makenotwork

Release server v0.11.7 Same payload as 0.11.6, which never deployed: the seed paywall fix (f4b2f472) and the paywall item count (c6a6784e). The bump is a workaround for a Sando staleness bug (GO problem f513a64c) that reds cargo_test on any rebuild at an unchanged version, by minting a fresh version-keyed worktree.
