landing+guide: add testnot.work early-access Fan+ perk testnot.work is live (M8), so un-gate the perk: list early access to the testnot preview build in guide/fan-plus.md and on the landing Fan+ card. Open to Fan+ members and creators (matches the testnot access gate).
