max / makenotwork

Catch the server up to quasi 0.14 The manifest asked for quasi-* ^0.11 and the pushed crates are 0.14.0, so every build here failed at resolution rather than compiling. Nothing the server uses moved across the two minors: the requirement bump is the whole fix, cargo check, clippy and the 2,195 lib tests are clean on it.
