Take quasi 0.78 and the makeover-layout 0.39 cascade The forward fix a bump owes its consumers. `makeover-layout` carries `links`, so a bump is always tree-wide: layout 0.39.0, webview 0.66.0, build 0.59.0. One thing to know rather than a change: the dead-vocabulary high water goes 48 to 49. makeover-webview 0.66.0 draws `Choice::detail`, so `.form-option-detail` arrives generated and unspelled, which is `.form-note`'s case from the 0.62.0 bump. It stops being dead when a described screen here carries a choice detail.
