Mirror the pinned type bases under /static/bases quasi-type's QUASI_TYPE_MIRROR names a base URL and addresses every pinned file under it by the sha256 the pin already carries. The /static ServeDir already serves the whole directory, so static/bases/<sha256> is a live URL with no route and no code. Content-addressed, so a mirror can serve the pinned file or nothing; the bytes are verified against the same digest either way. That is what makes this a second source rather than a second thing to trust. alloy task 0640ca2b.
