max / goingson

Take quasi 0.67.0 `Action::replaces` became `Option<Replaces>` so the escape hatch can name the repeated element a control sits in, or say nothing on screen contains the effect. Ruling: wiki `quasi-vocabulary-findings`, "what the `replaces` escape hatch may name". Nothing here sets `replaces`, so this is the pin and the lock.
