max / goingson

Take quasi 0.83.0, where a notice can carry an act Three Node::Notice literals became Node::banner. The day band's comment said a notice carries no act, which stopped being true: the Contexts chip stays beside the banners rather than moving onto one, because the way in has to be there whether or not a banner is.
