//! Planned scope: poll a version manifest, verify a minisign signature against a
//! caller-supplied public key, stream the download with progress, and apply the
//! update (silent self-replace on Linux/Windows; verified-download-then-open on
//! macOS). Endpoint, public key, and manifest format are caller configuration —
//! the crate carries no server, no embedded keys, and no vendor lock-in, so it
//! works against any compatible OTA backend.
